ShelfSage uygulamasını indirerek veya kullanarak bu kullanım şartlarını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Şartları kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayınız.
2. Hizmet Tanımı
ShelfSage, kişisel kitap kütüphanesi yönetimi, okuma takibi ve AI destekli kitap sohbeti sunan bir iOS uygulamasıdır. Uygulama ücretsiz (Free) ve ücretli (Pro) abonelik katmanlarıyla sunulmaktadır.
3. Kullanıcı Hesabı
ShelfSage ayrı bir hesap oluşturma gerektirmez. Kimlik doğrulama, Apple iCloud hesabınız aracılığıyla otomatik olarak yapılır. iCloud hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
4. Abonelik ve Ödeme
- Pro abonelik aylık veya yıllık olarak sunulur.
- Ödeme, Apple ID'nize bağlı ödeme yönteminden Apple tarafından tahsil edilir.
- Abonelik, mevcut dönem sona ermeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir.
- Ücretsiz deneme süresi sunulması halinde, kullanılmayan kısım satın alma yapıldığında düşer.
- Aboneliğinizi iPhone Ayarlar > Apple ID > Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz.
5. Sage AI Kullanımı
- Sage AI yalnızca kitaplar, okuma alışkanlıkları ve edebi konularda yardımcı olmak üzere tasarlanmıştır.
- AI yanıtları otomatik olarak üretilir ve her zaman doğru veya eksiksiz olmayabilir. Bilgi doğruluğunu bağımsız kaynaklardan teyit etmeniz önerilir.
- AI'ya gönderdiğiniz mesajlar yanıt oluşturmak için üçüncü taraf AI hizmetine (Google Gemini) iletilir.
- Free kullanıcılar aylık sınırlı, Pro kullanıcılar aylık yüksek limitli AI mesaj hakkına sahiptir.
6. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
Uygulamayı kullanırken aşağıdakileri yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:
- Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik, decompile veya disassemble etmek
- AI özelliğini kötüye kullanmak, spam veya otomatik toplu istek göndermek
- Yasadışı içerik oluşturmak veya paylaşmak amacıyla kullanmak
- Diğer kullanıcıların hizmetini olumsuz etkileyecek şekilde kullanmak
7. Fikri Mülkiyet
ShelfSage uygulaması, tasarımı, logosu ve Sage karakter konsepti dahil tüm fikri mülkiyet hakları geliştiriciye aittir. Kütüphanenize eklediğiniz kitap verileri ve notlar size aittir.
8. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
ShelfSage "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez. AI yanıtlarının doğruluğu garanti edilmez. Veri kaybından veya hizmet kesintisinden kaynaklanan zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez.
9. Hizmet Değişiklikleri
Uygulamanın özelliklerini, fiyatlandırmasını veya bu şartları önceden bildirimde bulunarak değiştirme hakkımız saklıdır. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinden duyurulacaktır.
10. Fesih
Bu şartları ihlal etmeniz durumunda hizmetinizi askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkımız saklıdır. Uygulamayı istediğiniz zaman silerek kullanımı sonlandırabilirsiniz.
11. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using ShelfSage, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Service Description
ShelfSage is an iOS application offering personal book library management, reading tracking, and AI-powered book discussions. The app is available in Free and paid Pro subscription tiers.
3. User Account
ShelfSage does not require a separate account. Authentication is handled automatically through your Apple iCloud account. You are responsible for the security of your iCloud account.
4. Subscription and Payment
- Pro subscription is offered on monthly or annual basis.
- Payment is collected by Apple through the payment method linked to your Apple ID.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited upon purchase.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription via iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
5. Sage AI Usage
- Sage AI is designed solely to assist with books, reading habits, and literary topics.
- AI responses are automatically generated and may not always be accurate or complete. You are encouraged to verify information through independent sources.
- Messages you send to the AI are transmitted to a third-party AI service (Google Gemini) to generate responses.
- Free users have a limited monthly AI message allowance; Pro users have a higher monthly limit.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
- Abuse the AI feature, send spam, or make automated bulk requests
- Use the app to create or share illegal content
- Use the app in any way that negatively impacts other users' service
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in ShelfSage, including its design, logo, and Sage character concept, belong to the developer. Book data and notes you add to your library remain yours.
8. Limitation of Liability
ShelfSage is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Accuracy of AI responses is not guaranteed. We are not liable for damages arising from data loss or service interruptions.
9. Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify the app's features, pricing, or these terms with prior notice. Significant changes will be announced through the app.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may terminate your use at any time by deleting the app.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
